- Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”) invites expressions of interest from commercial property owners
interested in providing office or retail premises on a sale or lease basis (the “Premises”) for Fraser Health
Authority for a publicly accessible healthcare facility (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for
Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) is to select a respondent who currently owns a facility that complies with the
Project requirements as set out below (“Respondent”) to enter into negotiations for a sale or lease of the
proposed Premises for the Project.
Project Intent: To provide a publicly accessible primary care/ healthcare facility in Chilliwack which will contain administrative office space, outreach, and clinical uses.
The Premises may be used for the purpose of general office use and/or clinical accommodations for any and all health authorities and other similarly publicly funded bodies and their agents and private sector doctors
and physicians providing services on behalf or otherwise associated with health authorities in British Columbia, as permitted under the existing zoning regulations.
