  Detailed_Description : This Request for Bids is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the refresh of an existing enterprise Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Learning, Training, Research, and Evaluation Services (tender_17815). This is the second refresh of this VOR arrangement.Bidders are invited to submit bids on any or all of the Topic Areas, under each Service Category, as further described in Attachment #3 - Deliverables.
