Description:
This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals that achieve the best overall value to Grand River Hospital (GRH) in respect of the provision of an asynchronous (self-paced) learning platform for healthcare leaders in Ontario that provides current, relevant and clear content to help new and experienced leaders develop germane management and leadership competencies. Grand River Hospital wants to utilize the LEADS in a Caring Environment capabilities framework from the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) to guide the development of leadership skills, behaviours, abilities and knowledge at all levels of the hospital. GRH wants to offer its leaders access to an innovative, asynchronous learning platform that enables our leaders to consume educational content that is aligned to the LEADS framework. The platform-s pre-existing (i.e. already created) content must be current and relevant in order to cultivate pertinent insights that will enhance our leaders- management and leadership abilities.
