The Province is seeking a Software as a Service ("SaaS") Learning Management System ("LMS") that includes the functionality described in Sections 3, 4 and 5 of this RFP. The Contract resulting from this RFP will establish an LMS that will support the learning needs of the external clients of the Employers' Advisers Office (EAO) of the Ministry of Labour.
The proposed LMS should:
- Be an engaging, easy to access learning platform;
- Include an online registration and tracking system;
- Provide robust reporting functionality;
- Host Province-developed content in a wide variety of common formats;
- Comply with provincial security and privacy requirements;
- Support course authoring for creating, editing and updating virtual learning materials;
- Support web conferencing integrations (Example: Zoom, MS Teams, GoToWebinar, etc.);
- Include ongoing media hosting, software maintenance and product support; and
- Include initial LMS setup and training.
