• The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: The WCB is seeking a professional training services for the delivery of Lean Six Sigma training. The primary objective is to build organizational capabilities in continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving. The training will strengthen operational efficiency and enhance the experience of employees, workers, employers, and healthcare providers. It will support practical application of Lean Six Sigma principles, enabling teams to align improvement efforts with strategic priorities and drive sustainable, measurable improvements across the organization.Description of ServicesThe WCB is seeking to establish a flexible, long-term Lean Six Sigma training program to build internal capability for continuous improvement, data-driven problem-solving. The primary objective is to build organizational capabilities in continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving. The training will strengthen operational efficiency and enhance the experience of employees, workers, employers, and healthcare providers.
