Detailed_Description : The Leadership Talent Services VOR focuses on requirements for management and executive talent search and leadership career life-cycle services used for talent planning, selection, assessment, and coaching.The objectives of this VOR arrangement are:•To provide full service, planning and end-to-end talent search and acquisition services;•To enhance and inform key people practices and decisions, career development and mobility through individual assessment and coaching services; and•To meet career transition support services for managers and executives.The current iteration of the Leadership Talent Services VOR arrangement was established in via tender_19561 - Leadership Talent Services, which became effective on July 7, 2023. The resulting agreement expires July 6, 2028.Supply Ontario is undertaking an annual Refresh (Refresh 2) of this enterprise Vendor of Record arrangement. The annual Refresh provides opportunity for existing Vendors to qualify for new Service Categories and for new Vendors to bid to be added to this VOR arrangement.
Scope of Work : Bidders may bid on one (1), some or all of the four (4) service categories:1.Executive Talent Search2.Management Talent Search3.Leadership Assessment4.Leadership CoachingMultiple vendors will be awarded by service category.This VOR arrangement will be made available to all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to non-OPS entities.
