Tender are invited for Leadership Development Program
Project Description : We are seeking an experienced firm to work closely with our Organizational Development Team in an iterative and agile manner to design and launch an accelerated leadership development program for executives that incorporates a best in class, innovative, blended immersive and experiential learning experience and supports a robust sustainment/learning transfer strategy. The frameworks, activities and overall design of this program must be relevant and appropriate for executive level leaders, yet have potential for cascading to others as it will also be a catalyst for the creation of other leadership programs that will be included in scalable leadership development journeys for all leaders at ATB.
