  SOUTHEAST REGIONAL SERVICE COMMISSION
  LEACHATE TREATMENT SLUDGE DEWATERING AREA
  
  Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Regional Service Commission, Leachate Treatment Sludge Dewatering Area", will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope. Please note that tender submissions via e-mail will be accepted, provided that a matching hard copy is delivered to the Commission within ten (10) business days of the tender closing date. E-bids are to be e-mailed to erin.klinghammer@nbse.ca prior to the tender closing time.
  
  In general, the work consists of clearing and grubbing; excavation and backfilling; construction of a new leachate treatment sludge dewatering cell complete with geosynthetic liner; placement of cell drainage media and associated piping; modification of an existing access road; ditch construction and installation of culverts; extension of existing chain link fencing; and restoration and shaping all disturbed areas. All materials are to be supplied by the Contractor.
  
  Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of $30,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.
