Project Description: 1. Introduction Bids are solicited for a Boiler Upgrade project at Laronde Elementary School (Site 117) - at 1880 Laronde Drive Surrey, B.C. Canada V4A 9S4. Electronic bid packages will be available online on Bonfire at https://surreyschools.bonfirehub.ca/projects/98485 2. Closing time: The Bid needs to be submitted by the undersigned no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 pm), Nov 26, 2025, local time through Bonfire. 3. Site Visit: A mandatory site visit will be held at the main entrance of Laronde Elementary School (Site 117) Boiler Upgrade at 1880 Laronde Drive, Surrey, B.C. Canada V4A 9S4 on Nov 06, 2025, at 09:00 AM. Contractors are responsible for confirming the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit. 4. Prequalified Contractors Only: Solicit bids will only be accepted from the prequalified contractors who are on the Roster of RFPQ 2020-58-FW - Prequalification for Mechanical Contractors.
