Description:
The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work, which involves the resurfacing of five (5) laneways, spanning in parallel between Louisa St and Shanley St - 50005 (from King St W to Moore Ave), 50006 (from Moore Ave to Waterloo St), and 50148 (from Waterloo St to Duke St W). These laneways extend an approximate distance of 620m. Additionally, laneways 50038 and 50039, spanning in parallel between Palmer Ave and Kent Ave - 50039 (from Courtland Ave E to Kennedy Ave) and 50038 (from Kennedy Ave to Hurst Ave). These laneways span the distance of 145m. The work includes the removal of existing asphalt laneways, grading, installation of subdrains, placement of new surface asphalts, replacement of sidewalk panels, and concrete aprons, grading exercises and the installation of retaining walls. Including the adjustment of existing storm infrastructure maintenance hole and catch-basin frames and covers to final elevations.
