• Description:
• Notice is hereby given by the Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation (“the Corporation”) of its intent to contract for up to one (1) year, with the option to extend month-to-month if necessary, with Wagner Maintenance Ltd. for landscaping services across all sites in the four areas of Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation. This contract will have an estimated value of approximately $846,606 (exclusive of taxes).
  The services are expected to include:• Scheduled (Landscaping) Maintenance Services• On-Demand (Landscaping) Maintenance Services• Other On-Demand Services and Supply of Products
  The Corporation did not call for competitive bids for the following reasons:• Wagner Maintenance Ltd. has extensive experience and familiarity of Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation sites and the scope of work required for each site;• Wagner Maintenance Ltd. has consistently shown to be able to meet the service requirements of the Corporation, including On-Demand Services with competitive pricing; and• To ensure the Corporation-s does not face any interruptions in service operations, to allow sufficient time to run and complete a new competitive bidding opportunity.
  Service providers wishing to object to this decision should submit their response through the Bidding System (https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca) no later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 11th day of March, 2026, presenting specific reasons for their objection. If warranted, a meeting with the parties may be called to receive presentations regarding this contract.
  Contractors with the required expertise, experience, resources and the proven ability to offer the same or better solution at a lower cost, will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of contractor objections. Metro Vancouver-s decision in this regard will be final.
