- Construction of Landfill Cell 3 at the Solid Waste Facility located in Yellowknife, NT within Lot 1, Block 313 at the corner of Highway 3 and Highway 4. The Works include the construction of Cell 3 at the Solid Waste Facility, for the City of Yellowknife. The construction of Cell 3 will generally consist of landfill cell earthworks, geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) installation, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner installation, and construction of associated site works including leachate collection system, berms, roads, and ditches. It also includes the handling of Potentially Acid Generating (PAG) rock and encapsulation as Select Fill.
