(i) of The Education Act, 1995; (i) the board of education or the conseil scolaire, as the case may be, is of the opinion that the interests of the school division or the division scolaire francophone in the property are adequately protected. 2160 Cameron Street, Regina SK S4T 2V6 3118 14th Avenue, Regina SK , S4T 1R9 Current buildings on the property will be demolished by Regina Catholic Schools prior to the possession date. The remaining property is being sold “as is” including current zoning. There are no representatives or warranties expressed or implied, as to fitness of the land for any particular purpose. The property site is serviced by natural gas, electricity, sewage, and water.
