• The Corporation of the Municipality of Brighton invites qualified and experienced Planning and Development consultants to submit proposals for the completion of two prime deliverables:
  Development Master Plan for the subject lands; and aBusiness Model for the administration and governance of a Municipal Land Bank program.Stages of Procurement
  
  Two primary stages are involved:
  Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Selection of a Short-list of Qualified ConsultantsRequest for Proposals (RFP) - Selection and Award
