    Description : Overview In 2021, the City worked with consultants on the Ladner Village Revitalization Project to update the OCP land use within the Ladner Village redevelopment area. The new zoning increased population densities within the area by allowing more high-level mixed-use buildings. Since most of the existing utilities and roadways were sized decades prior to the most recent City of Delta Design Criteria update in 2018, the OCP land use update triggered the need for an updated utilities and roadways assessment. Therefore, the City of Delta is soliciting proposals for roadway concept planning and utilities analysis services within the Ladner Village Revitalization area. The roadway concepts and utilities analysis will be presented in a report titled: “Ladner Village Revitalization Transportation and Stormwater Control Plan”. This assignment is to encompass but is not necessarily limited to the following deliverables: Transportation: • Prepare cross-sections for redeveloped corridors of Chisholm St, 48 Ave, Bridge St, Trenant St, and Elliot St including active transportation facilities.
