- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Lacombe Lake Dog Park Remediation Design-Build Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The scope of this project is the design and build of the following:
Design and construction services for the remediation required for the dog water access area, which has been informally named the “Dog Beach”.Design and construction services for the installation of a prefabricated structural steel shelter within the small dog off-leash area, incl. concrete pad and piles.Structural steel shelter sizing and location within the small dog off-lease area will be confirmed by the City, provisional pricing is being requested for two shelter options.Shelter will be ordered by the City, with installation completed by the successful proponent. - Documents:
