Description:
The Work to be undertaken generally involves the supply, delivery, application & professional consulting support of products for Lacombe County-s dust control program.Tenders must be received at Lacombe County Public Works Office no later than 11:00:00 am, Thursday, February 20, 2025. Tenders will be opened at 11:01:00 am, Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the County Public Works Shop. Contractors may be present.The tender of the contract must be completed by showing the unit price in figures. The unit prices shall be the net cost to Lacombe County, including all taxes except the Goods and Services Tax, which will be paid to the Contractor by Lacombe County in addition to the unit bid prices.A bid bond or certified cheque payable to Lacombe County for ten percent (10%) of the tender must accompany the tender.When submitting a tender, the complete “Contract and Specifications” as issued by Lacombe County, must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to:Lacombe CountyManager of OperationsRR #3Lacombe, AB T4L 2N3(403) 782-3567and marked “Tender for Calcium Chloride Brine - Supply, Delivery, Application & Professional Consulting Support of Products”.The bidder-s name and address, on the upper left hand corner of the envelope, is required to enable the County to identify it in the event that a written request to withdraw the tender is received up to the time set for opening of tenders.
