Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Attorney General is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Pamela A. Chapman, Legal Educator & Consultant (the “Supplier”).

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The BC Ministries of Attorney General and Labour seek to offer a customized arbitrator training program to newly selected candidates to become labour arbitrators. The proposed customized Arbitrator Training Program covers modular training for up to 5 participants and will be conducted in different formats over approximately 3 months. The program combines a mix of in-person and remote training.

Contract Term and Aggregate Contract Value
The term of the contract is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025 with an option of a year extension.
The aggregate value of the contract is expected not to exceed, exclusive of applicable taxes $35,000.00 which includes all potential options to extend.
