- Detailed_Description : The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is seeking a Vendor carry out laboratory services for effects-based bioassays on passive monitoring water samples which will be provided by the Ministry.
Scope of Work : The Vendor will be required to complete the laboratory analysis of select “Bioassays” using Chemical Activated Luciferase gene eXpression “CALUX®”, “Microtox®” or OECD approved bioassays from passive sampler extracts provided by the Ministry. The specific bioassays include:•Cytotoxicity and/ or Microtox® Assay;•Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons•Estrogen Activity Assay•Anti- Androgen Activity Assay•Thyroid Receptor beta Activation•Steroidogenesis Activation AssayA maximum of 150 samples will be submitted. - Documents:
