- Kansas State University seeks bids from qualified Bidders to supply one scanning probe microscope for use in a higher education setting. Equipment will be capable of performing of atomic force microscopy in the tapping mode, contact mode, lateral force microscopy, phase imaging, lift mode, force spectroscopy, surface potential, piezoresponse microscopy, magnetic force microscopy, and electrostatic force microscopy* (EFM).
