Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Rebuild Unit to Rent Ready/Move In condition A Mandatory Site Review is Scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th, 1:00PM in La Loche at this building. If you or any of your company representatives cannot make this date, alternate arrangement must be made with LSHA Housing Inspector Dustin Carleton 1.306.940.6368. Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety- in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.
