- Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures is seeking a qualified contractor to complete a lot development project within the city of Thompson. 134 Knife Crescent, Lot 14, Block 2 Plan 928. Lot size is approximately 33.5 meters by 64.0 meters in size. Lot is covered with popular trees and shrubs. Lot needs to be cleared of all material. Overburden (top Soil) is to be removed and hauled off site and disposed of. Subgrade is to be prepared. Contractor is supplying and placing 300mm thick layer of pitrun material. This is packed. Contractor is then supplying and placing 150mm thick layer of compacted A-Base material. All material is paid for by the contractor. Disposal fees for the clearing is paid for by the contractor. Permit for this project will be obtained by Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures. Project is to be completed by March 31st, 2025.
