- The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Furnish and install a complete new DDC Building Automation System (BAS), replacing the existing BAS to serve the heating, cooling and ventilation requirements of this Health Care Facility utilizing the existing mechanical equipment installations.
2. Existing BAS currently in use to be replaced one HVAC system at a time to minimize impact to health care delivery at Hospital and Mountain View Lodge.
3. Work encompasses all new BACnet controllers (including VAVs), Room Temperature sensors and interconnection with Fire Alarm System.
