Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Kitchener City Hall - Curtain Wall Renewal, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is looking to partner with a contractor for a curtain renewal that includes the wholesale replacement of vision and spandrel curtain wall glazing units and related components at the Kitchener City Hall building located at 200 King Street West in the City of Kitchener.
The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2020 agreement with the City-s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award.
Only pre-qualified contractors through project RFSQ24-161 Request for Supplier Qualifications of City Hall Tower Curtain Wall Renewal Contractors process will be invited to submit on this quotation.
The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
