The maintenance frequencies are predetermined as indicated at article 10. Maintenance Schedule of Annex A - Statement of Work. All hoods, all connecting ductwork, to and including each exhaust fan, are to be cleaned in strict accordance with the National Fire Protection Association 96 Standards (NFPA 96, Chapter 11). The work will be performed after regular working hours or over the weekends. The Contractor must comply with all Laws and Regulations: Federal, Provincial or Municipal, relative to servicing the equipment and shall pay for any and all permits and certificates required.
