Project Description Construction of new building (Bldg. 1) 103 unit, 6 storey wood & steel framed, CLT floor, rental apartment, approx. 91,000 SF Underground parking garage, Cast in place concrete, approx. 25,000 SF Construction of new townhouse blocks (buildings 2 & 3) 2 storey wood framed, stick built rental 2 blocks townhomes, approx. 13,000 SF. Demolition of existing masonry and concrete block buildings, approx. 8,500 SF Lot area is approx. 2.07 acres and will require all site and civil services, Landscaping.Scope (not exhaustive) Arch & polished concrete, stone and masonry veneers, cold-formed metal framing, misc arch. metals, metal railings, rough and finished carpentry, wood trim, stairs, panelized wall assemblies (alum. Stl. Glass fibre, wood), mod bit. & steel roofing, waterproofing, traffic toppings, spray and batt insulations, ACM, HM. Wood doors, aluminum & glazing ground floor, vinyl/ fiberglass windows (3 pane), drywall & acoustic ceilings, flooring (Cpt, Ct, vinyl), painting, acoustic wall panels, Div 10 misc items, bicycle racks, drapery, Elevators, Mechanical, Electrical, Earth works and servicing.
