- The Municipality of Kincardine requires the removal of wastewater sludge from both the Kincardine Lagoon Site located at 140 Valentine Avenue Kincardine, and the Bruce Energy Centre Lagoon Site Located at 1842 Concession 2, Tiverton. - The Kincardine Wastewater Lagoon Site consists of a small aeration pond with dimensions of approximately 90m x 90m. The pond is equipped with a membrane liner. - The Bruce Energy Centre Lagoon Site consists of two lagoon ponds with dimensions of approximately 108m x 86m. Both ponds have clay soil base. - In 2024, the Municipality had these ponds surveyed for sludge volumes and is looking to have sludge removal completed in the Spring of 2025.
