PCL is the construction manager for the Kildonan Place Shopping Centre - Food Court Renovation in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and would like to invite your company to submit a quote for this project.The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the following: Demolition of the existing Cineplex and select interior and exterior demolition Phased renovation of existing CRUs and food court Construction of a new admin office space and siteworksThe scopes of work include: Selective Demolition Bulk Demolition Hard Landscape Soft Landscape Landscape Specialties Site Services Piling Structural Excavation and Backfill Cast-in-Place Concrete Masonry Structural Steel Misc.
