- City of Delta (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified design teams to develop concept designs and participate in a public engagement process for a new pump track in Kensington Park, 6467 Holly Park Drive. The successful proponent will gather and present pump track ideas, liaise with bike user groups, develop two concept design options with supporting materials, and participate in public engagement sessions for the new pump track facility. This is a design and engagement assignment. Should the project receive approval to proceed, the City will subsequently invite competitive bids from design-build teams to develop detailed designs and construct the track.
