Description:
The City is seeking proposals from reputable and experienced companies that are trained and qualified to supply, deliver, and install HVAC components as a retrofit. Proponents must demonstrate their ability to seamlessly integrate the new installation with existing infrastructure while adhering to industry best practices and the City's requirements. Proponents must also provide high-quality products and professional installation services that meet the City's standards. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Ken Nichol Regional Recreation Centre at 5303 50 St. A maximum of two Proponent-s representatives must attend the site visit on April 24 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) to examine the site and verify existing conditions. Proponents are to advise via email to the RFP Contact of their intention to attend the site visit at least two business days prior to the site visit. Proposals will not be accepted from bidders who are not represented at the site meeting.
