- The City of St. John-s is seeking professional services of a qualified contractor for the construction of a new public washroom facility at Kelly's Brook Park, located on Hoyles Avenue. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a load-bearing concrete masonry structure with metal siding and an asphalt shingle roof over a wood truss system. The facility will consist of two universally accessible washrooms and a mechanical/utility room. Site work will include all necessary connections to utilities and services.
