- The Keheewin Housing Redevelopment Project, located at 2008 105 Street, is situated in the Keheewin Park Area. The project includes new utility services, grading and site improvements, two-four-story apartment complexes connected by a pedway, and four-townhouse complexes. The project is set to house90 suites in the apartments, and there are four townhouse units per complex with 40 suites. The intent of this project is to complete the new construction scope of work, that will aid in the housing development requirements within the City of Edmonton. Please note that this is a Built Green projectthat is aiming for Built Green Silver certification. Please ensure to review all the Built Green requirements set out in the contract documents.
