The Region of Waterloo currently has information available at https://bids.regionofwaterloo.ca and www.opba.ca with respect to the following:T2021-115 - Closing July 21, 2021 at 2:00:59 p.m. Well House K26 Upgrade Project, Township of Wilmot, Ontario. Work to be carried out in this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Obtaining necessary permits and inspections, including land ownership, building and demolish permits.Demolition of existing buildings and construction of new well house to incorporate chemical, process and electrical rooms.Installation of new submersible well pump and variable frequency drive (VFD).Installation of chemical dosing pumps, free chlorine residual analyzer, storage tanks with ultrasonic level transmitter to meet maximum chlorine and flow demands.Installation of wasting lines, floor drains, and soak away pit.Installation of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems of appropriate kind, size to fit its functions and needs.Installation of heating and ventilation system, including electric heaters, exhaust fans and intake louvers/dampers.Installation of flowmeter, analyzers, gauges, indicator, process piping and associated fittings, including process valves and actuators.
