Create a C/TFN classification manual compliant with the International Standards Classification of Occupations ISCO-08 standard,Review all classified job descriptions and update as required to comply with new C/TFN classification manual,Review job description for, and complete classification for any unclassified position. There are approximately 75 classified and 35 unclassified positions, Meet with each department director to review their respective department job descriptions and discuss the classifications and any implications for affected staff,Train Human Resource staff on how to classify occupations.Create an implementation plan for new classification system across all C/TFN departments that includes bringing all occupation compensation levels into alignment with the new classification index. - Documents:
