As a condition of award of this Contract it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend the Site Conditions and Investigation meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends and is registered as having attended the meeting. For convenience there will be two (2) meetings, one will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM, and a second meeting will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 1:00PM, both at 88 & 90 Leonard Drive, Sussex. The Tenderer shall attend one meeting only. The Tenderer must be pre-registered to attend a meeting. Please email Lacey Donelly at ldonnelly@nbpower.com to pre-register. The times will be on a first come, first serve basis. Additional information can be found in Section 1, Subsection 1.8 of the NB Power Procurement Act Non-Nuclear Terms and Conditions.
