• The Ministry of Forests, BC Wildfire Service (BCWS), Cariboo Fire Centre is seeking proposals from qualified janitorial service providers to deliver routine, reliable, and professional cleaning services at the Quesnel Fire Zone Office, located at 601 Airport Road, Quesnel, BC. This opportunity includes the provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and consumables necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment across four buildings: Main Office Building - 1,530 sq ft CIFAC Office Building - 670 sq ft Triple Wide Trailer - 1,560 sq ft Office Trailer - 400 sq ft Total combined area: 4,160 sq ft Services are required on a seasonal schedule, with increased frequency during the wildfire operational period (March 1 - October 31) and reduced frequency during the off‑season (November 1 - February 29). Cleaning tasks follow detailed specifications covering entrances, offices, washrooms, kitchenettes, floors, blinds, waste removal, and more. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, consumables (paper products, hand soap, sanitizer, dispensers, etc.), equipment, waste removal, and adherence to site‑security requirements.
