- BC Assessment requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for its Cranbrook office located at 200-117 Cranbrook Street North, Cranbrook, B.C. The space is 5,950 sq. ft. in area and has on average 30 staff. All Contractors submitting proposals must schedule a tour of theoffice space and familiarize themselves with the office layout, finishes etc. prior to submitting their proposal. Site visits will only be held from June 10-12 during regular business hours. Please contact Lori Derkatch to arrange a site visit. Note: Any questions relating to the space itself will beallowed at the site visit. However, questions of any other nature, including questions related to specific requirements or the RFP and selection process should be forwarded in writing to the BC Assessment Contact person designated above. BC Assessment reserves the right to post questions and answerson the BC Bid website.
