- Red River College Polytechnic is soliciting Proposals for the provision of janitorial services at its locations identified in this RFP as further described in Schedule E ("Scope of Services"). RRC Polytech's overall goal and expectations of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to receive submissions that offer sustainable quality equipment, materials and services with positive Canadian economic impact. This may result in an exclusive award for Janitorial Services to one or multiple bidders. Through this RFP, RRC Polytech seeks to: • Obtain information from bidders about janitorial services (including equipment, materials and service deployment), sustainability and Canadian economic impact. • Evaluate proposals offered by bidders. • Identify the qualified bidder or bidders wishing to enter into an Agreement with RRC Polytech. • Select the successful bidder(s). • Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Agreement(s).
