Description:
You are invited to submit a Proposal in relation to the above competition. In order to be considered, Proposals shall be received no later than December 17, 2025, 2:00:00pm CST (Saskatchewan Time). Please submit all questions IN WRITING to email: buyer2@saskenergy.com before December 11, 2025. Proposals will be opened in private. Proponents will be notified of the successful proponent. If you do not wish to submit a Proposal, or require additional information, please contact the undersigned. NOTE: EMAILED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND ARE PREFERRED (please refer to PART 1 - Invitation and Submission Instructions). It is the responsibility of the Proponent to confirm receipt of the electronic communications, including proposals. ***NOTE: There will be a mandatory site visit December 3, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. CST. Location is 700 North Service Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Please park along the east end of the shop on the concrete pad and meet at the Southeast Overhead Door. The tour will be coordinated by SaskEnergy representatives and sign in will be mandatory. ***Proposals received from proponents who did not attend the site visit will not be evaluated.***
