The requirement is for a 3-year Contract with an option to extend for 2 additional 1-year option periods. The Contractor must supply all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation required to accomplish the janitorial cleaning services identified in this document.At bid closing, the Proponent must hold a valid Security Clearance. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Proposal non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at CFB Esquimalt on January 18, 2021. The site visit will begin at 09:00 am, PST, at the Naden Main Gate. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 9 am PST January 8, 2021 to confirm attendance and provide the name and contact information of the person who will attend.
