Description : The District of Chetwynd invites tenders from qualified janitorial contractors to clean our District Office, Visitor Information Centre, Public Works Building, Airport Terminal Building Fire Hall, Parks Building and District House. LOCATIONS: District Office, 5400 Hospital Road Visitor Information Centre, 5400 North Access Road Public Works Building, 4508-48th Street Airport Terminal Building, Airport Road Fire Hall, 5400 North Access Road (3 days a week) Parks Building, 5458 North Access Road (May to October 1 day a week - November to April 1 day every two weeks) District House, 5458 North Access Road (1 day a week) PROJECT: Cleaning of office buildings TERM OF CONTRACT: Five years To be eligible to submit a bid for the janitorial contract the contractor must visit and tour the sites and pick up the Janitorial Tender package. Site tour of all buildings will meet at Public Works Building on May 25th, 2022 at 1:00p.m. Tender bids received by the deadline will be evaluated on the basis of experience of the contractor, references, completeness of the tender, price, and other factors which the District may in its sole discretion determine.
