This RFT replaces RFT 30825-91450-T02 CF000209 Para Transpo Roof and HVAC Replacement Project.The City of Ottawa (after this called the “City”) invites Tenders for: Contract Number: CP000709Described as: Integrated Renewal - Breezehill Ave. NThe MERX online system is the official and sole distributor of this Request for Tenders (RFT) and any issued Addenda. The MERX online system is also the official and sole bid submission platform. Tenderers are advised to contact MERX directly for electronicbid submission assistance.Tenders shall be received until: 3:00 p.m. local time Monday, 10 March, 2025Tenders received by the time and date specified above shall be published by MERX as soon as possible after that time. Such publication does not imply any decision by the City as to whether a Tender is irregular.FT-4 Schedule of PricesAn electronic version of the Schedule of Prices which forms part of this RFT is attached on MERX. The three low bidders must complete and submit the Schedule of Prices to the Contracting Authority via email within 24 hours of Tender close. Failure to submit the electronic Schedule of Prices in the same format it was provided may result in rejection of the Bid.
