Description:
1.1 Capital Regional District (CRD) Integrated Water Services invites quotes from qualified bidders for supply and delivery of waterworks fittings, F.O.B. prepaid at CRD Integrated Water Services- yard at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, BC. Purchase and delivery will be on an “as, if and when required” basis with no guarantee of a minimum. Sealed bids clearly marked “RFMSO IWS 2026-013, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATERWORKS FITTINGS” will be accepted at the CRD Integrated Water Services offices, Attention: Gord Dimock, Purchaser, 479 Island Highway, Victoria, BC, V9B 1H7 or to PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca until 2:00:00 p.m. local time, April 16, 2026 at which time they will be opened in public. 1.2 All bids must be submitted on the form provided. Bids must be comprised of one (1) hard copy and one (1) USB e-copy if submitted by mail/courier. Quotation documents on PDF are enclosed. 1.3 All inquiries should be directed to Gord Dimock, Purchaser at PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca. Inquiries should be made no less than five (5) calendar days prior to closing. 1.4 The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
