Description : The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete the upgrades to the mechanical heating system of the helideck at Izaak Waltham Killam Health Centre (IWK), separating it from the Women-s Building Heating System, under a single Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Project is located at: IWK Health Centre Women-s Building 5980 University Ave. Halifax, NS B3K 6R8 Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory site examination, tentatively scheduled for November 29, 2022 (time of site examination will be confirmed via addendum). Questions may be asked and description of the Work may be discussed during this meeting, however no minutes of the meeting will be distributed and attendees are reminded to submit their questions in writing.
