Only Pre-qualified bidders can participate RFPQ 25-002 Rocky View County Culvert Replacement Prequalification The Tender shall be accompanied by a bid bond in a digital format as outline in Section 1.6.6, Tender Security. This invitation to submit Tenders is a continuation of the procurement processinitiated through Rocky View County's pre-qualification process and request for qualifications. In order to submit a bid, Bidders must have been successfully shortlisted following the results of RFPQ 25-002 Rocky View County Culvert Replacement Prequalification. Submissions from Proponents not on theshortlist will not be considered. Qualified Bidders must submit the Section entitled "Tender Forms," through Rocky View County's Purchasing Department at publicbids@rockyview.ca All tenders must be submitted in PDF to Rocky View County through a secure email address at publicbids@rockyview.ca. Toensure fairness and transparency in the public bidding process: • Rocky View County Purchasing staff and/or its users will not have, nor will they be granted, access to any tenders (or to the email address publicbids@rockyview.ca) before the bid close date and time. • Emailed tenders received topublicbids@rockyview.ca will be held securely by an Administrator and released only to Rocky View County Purchasing Staff after bid closing. • It is highly recommended that Bidders include a "Delivered" receipt to track the transmission of your package.
