Description : The Work comprises of the supply of labour, materials, plant, equipment and all other services required for the removal and replacement of the existing gutters and roofs, at VILLAGE ON THE GREEN (1132 Johnson Street, Victoria, BC). Only Contractors capable of providing a Ten Year RCABC Roof Star Guarantee are invited to bid on this project. The Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at "VILLAGE ON THE GREEN", 1132 Johnson Street, Victoria, BC on Friday, February 26, 2021, at 10:00 AM. The meeting will commence in the parking area between the buildings. Please park in visitor parking stalls only or on the street as parking is limited. Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for RE-ROOFING at VILLAGE ON THE GREEN, CONTRACT 21/206" will be received by the Capital Region Housing Corporation at their offices at 631 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 3:00:00pm local time on Friday, March 12, 2021 at which time they will be opened in public.
