Description : Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for 2021-706 - Hamsterly Pump Station Standby Generator Upgrades" will be received by Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District (CRD) at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on November 3rd, 2021 at which time they will be opened in private. The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following: - Replacement of existing service entrance switchboard, main distribution panel, and automatic transfer switch; - Installation of new outdoor generator, pad, enclosure and load bank; - New conduit, raceway, pull boxes and trench to support new equipment; - Demolition of old equipment as indicated; - Demolition of all ducts, conduits, cables and equipment made redundant during this upgrade; - Temporary power to maintain control system operations; - Disconnecting, modifying and reconnecting BC Hydro connection in its entirety; - Arc flash study, and - Demonstration and training of personnel.
