Deadline for Issuing Addenda: Thursday, April 16, 2026 Submission Deadline: Thursday, April 23, 2026 @ 2:00 pm PT The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing or the Owner at any time. MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below: Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2026 Time: 10:00 am PT Location of Site Meeting: Evergreen Place, 20 South Shore Rd., Lake Cowichan Subcontractor Attendance is Mandatory. Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above. A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in.
