Description:
This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is a Request by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”), to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of providing Abatement and Demolition Services in Vancouver Island Region, BC, as further described in this ITT.
For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be:Leonardo Novais, Supply Chain Managementlnovais@bchousing.orgAll queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

BC Housing intends to hold a Mandatory on-site meeting for Proponents. RVSP is required.
Proponents who wish to attend the on-site meeting must arrive at the specified date and time below:

Proponents are requested to RSVP via email to ometz@bchousing.org by February 14, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.

Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted electronically and received by BC Bid pursuant to BC Bid-s online bid submission system (the “Submission Location”).
Proposals delivered electronically should have the Proponent-s name clearly identifiable, and should include the ITT-s title (as set out on the cover page) in the subject line.
