Request for Service (RFS) # 1783280-25

This Request for Services (RFS) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) to pre-qualified Vendors under the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS) Vendor of Record (VOR) Tender-19271 for IT Research Subscription Services, to submit responses for the provision of IT Research Subscription Services (Online Access) and Access to Analyst(s).

The intent is to award to the highest scored Proponent using the Rated Criteria and Pricing, best value (please see Section 4.1) for the following requirements:

Type of Licenses: User & Enterprise Licenses
STREAM 1 - IT Research Subscription Services
Requirement #1:Service Category A;Enterprise License that can accommodate at least 1000 users, Qty 1;Research topics include:All.Requirement #2:Service Category B; andUser License IT Leaders, Qty 1.Research topics include:All & access to Analyst Services.Requirement #3:Service Category B + Extra offerings; andExecutive User License, Qty 2 - allowing for:Access to individualized support for an IT Executive and delegates;Access to CIO-level events and educational opportunities;Access to peer-level coaching; andIn addition to unlimited access to all IT research and reference material.
